First and foremost. Friendlier staff, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Prices are fair and reasonable and the fact they are so close is always a bonus. If you're searching for a decent phone store to fix your broken phone, look no further! Would recommend. 10/10

High quality, friendly service at affordable prices. Fixed my phone and my daughters inside 2 hours (both had badly cracked screens) .... conveniently located in the hub of Southport with easy parking. Would recommend to anybody either mending a phone or purchasing/trading one 😀

Had a damaged screen - not smashed just seemed to have been pushed in. Went to apple but as my phone was out of warranty they offered to send it off to get fixed and charge me $250. I went to platinum and they charged $100 and I had it back all fixed in less than an hour. Great service, and very friendly

Best phone repair experience ever !! Great price. Excellent service. iPhone screen replacement. The service technician asked a number of key questions to determine if there were any other issues .. aside from the obviously damaged screen. The repair work was completed on-time and my phone is now like new.

Great service and fair price, they took like 2 hours to fix my iPhone screen, because was detached. They text me when my device was ready for pick up. They took all the time necessary to explain me what they have to do to fix the screen, thing that me as a customer appreciated big time. Well done guys, definitely coming back next time

We walked in sand received excellent service straight away. Everything was made very clear and easy to understand. I only paid $100 in store at Platinum phone services for the repair of my cracked iPhone 7 instead of paying upwards of $200 at the apple store. Amazing service, reasonable price, great work ethics !! I had my iphone x fixed from platinum repair services. when I brought my phone in, i didn't expect anything like i could use my phone again(it was smashed). but the technician guy examined several functions, and convincing me they could make my phone back again. kindly, they offered me multiple repair price and the cost was very reasonable. It took only 1 hour to fix my phone's screen, battery and back glass with its frame, and now it works perfectly fine like a new phone. love you platinum!! thank you guys!!

My phone dropped into a swimming pool and several phone ‘experts’ told me that I wouldn’t be able to recover the lost data and photos. Platinum Phones came to the rescue and managed to retrieve everything. They do a great job. Highly recommended

I dropped my phone on ground. it was totally smashed. they fixed my phone only 45minutes and it looked just new phone. Also they gave discounting about accessory to me. If I unfortunatly break my phone again, I will come this shop again.

I dropped my iphone 7 into a swimming pool last week and i was panicked. because i was on a holiday and all the information including contacts in my residential country was saved only in that phone. I tried to put the phone in the rice straight away and left it in there for few hours but it didn't work well, never responses. fortunately, i found platinum phone services, and now my phone is working again without loosing any data. Thank you Platinum!

These guys are legends! So helpful and at a very reasonable price. So happy I went here to get my iPhone fixed rather than going to Apple. The price was a third of what I would have had to pay with Apple. Fixed in 15mins and super friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

Absolutely amazing!! Everywhere told me it wasn’t possible to fix my IPhone XS Max but they backed up and fixed front and back within an hour!!! Very well priced and all round nice people. So happy!!
